About us

Since 2017, we have successfully delivered several dozen projects in the Scandinavian countries, the Faroe Islands, and the Netherlands, and we are currently offering our services on the Latvian market.

Our manufacturing facility’s quality management system is certified in accordance with the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard.

Our target audience includes all types of house builders involved in the construction of:

History

A new company was founded by professionals in the field of timber-frame building production and construction, initially expanding its activities primarily in the Scandinavian countries. Experience, responsibility, and professionalism are the core values of our company, enabling steady growth year after year. Since 2018, we have also been offering our services on the Latvian market. In 2019, we began exporting our products and services to the Netherlands.

Team

Our team consists of a number of industry specialists with many years of experience in the production of timber-frame houses. Thanks to this expertise, we can ensure high quality not only of our products, but also throughout all stages of project implementation – from design to assembly.

Philosophy

From the very beginning, our goal has been to provide high-quality and energy-efficient houses with low operating and maintenance costs. Our houses are built using advanced energy-saving solutions and technologies, with energy consumption below 40 kWh/m2 per year. Our characteristic figure is 40 kWh/m2.

We produce high energy efficiency buildings with low energy consumption. Our timber-frame buildings consume less than 40 kWh/m2 per year, which is significantly lower than the average energy consumption of other buildings in Latvia, typically 150-200 kWh/m2 per year.

Such houses help reduce operating costs while providing comfortable thermal conditions and high indoor air quality.

In the production process, we use only high-quality timber sourced from local Latvian producers.

Precisely calibrated and kiln-dried timber with low moisture content ensures the high quality and durability of our timber-frame constructions.

Our team consists of highly qualified specialists with many years of experience in the industry.

Thanks to this expertise, we are able to ensure the highest level of quality at all stages of production, from project development to the assembly of timber-frame buildings.

During the production process, we strictly ensure that all technical specifications developed by our engineers are fully complied with.

We also carry out quality control for each individual timber-frame element, and only when it meets all quality requirements is it delivered to the construction site.

Atveseļošanas fonda atbalsts procesu digitalizācijai komercdarbībā

2025. gada 26. augustā SIA “Nordic Building Systems” Latvijas Atveseļošanas un noturības mehānisma plāna 2. komponentes “Digitālā transformācija” 2.2. reformu un investīciju virziena “Uzņēmumu digitālā transformācija un inovācijas” 2.2.1.r. “Uzņēmējdarbības digitālās transformācijas pilna cikla atbalsta izveide ar reģionālo tvērumu” 2.2.1.2.i. investīcijas “Atbalsts procesu digitalizācijai komercdarbībā” ietvaros noslēdza līgumu Nr. 17.2-5-L-2024/496 ar Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūru par atbalsta saņemšanu procesu digitalizācijai komercdarbībā, Latvijas Atveseļošanas un noturības mehānisma plāna ietvaros.

Projekta ietvaros uzņēmums ieviesis integrētu ražošanas procesu pārvaldības risinājumu (ERP sistēmu), kas digitalizē būvprojektu tāmēšanu, darba uzdevumu vadību, noliktavas uzskaiti, loģistiku, darba laika uzskaiti un dokumentācijas apriti, uzlabojot ražošanas efektivitāti un datu pārvaldību.

Projekts tiek īstenots ar Eiropas Savienības Atveseļošanas fonda atbalstu.
